I was chatting with a friend of mine at a coffee shop last week and they said:

“Oh, I’m buying a new construction home — so I don’t need a Realtor.”

And I had to smile because… friend, you have no idea how much easier (and safer) this whole process gets when you have someone in your corner.

Here’s the truth:

➡️ The builder’s rep is great — but they work for the builder.
➡️ The only person contractually obligated to protect YOU is your Realtor.
➡️ And no, it doesn’t cost you anything extra. Builders are usually prepared to pay agent compensation.

Most people don’t know this because no one teaches home buyers how it actually works.

My favorite part?
Being able to step in and make things better when buyers don’t even know what to ask for — like the time I got a builder to redo a repair my clients had no idea they could request.

Buying new construction is a big deal.
You deserve someone who knows the process inside and out.
